How does the semi-custom collection work?

Browse our collection and select the perfect suite for you. Follow the instructions down the right hand side of the page (on mobile it will appear below the images), and select the pieces you'd like, fill in the required text boxes, then submit. Once you have submitted your order, you will receive a digital mockup via email within 5-7 business days. You will be required to either approve, or make any slight changes. You will have a total of 3 proofs, so please provide 1 concise list of feedback.

How does 'build my own suite' work?

This suite includes a step by step process whereby you will be able to visualise a live digital mockup as you choose your design elements. Cool hey!? Simply follow the steps on the right hand side to build your own design! Due to this feature including a live mockup, you will not be receiving a follow-up email with an additional mockup as you would with the semi-custom and custom design process. PLEASE CHECK OVER EVERY DETAIL, AS YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SPELLING AND PUNCTUATION MISTAKES. Once you have submitted your suite, you will receive a confirmation email that all of the necessary sections have been completed in the correct manner and production will commence. However, if we pick up on any mistakes, we will let you know prior to starting the production phase. If there is missing information, we will also be in touch via email to make sure we have all the necessary documents/information. Once you receive confirmation that we are ready to begin production, sit back, and await your luxury stationery to be processed and mailed to you.

How does the custom design work?

The bespoke service is tailored personally to you, with my full attention the entire way. Please fill out the enquiry form in the 'custom' tab of the menu. Once you have submitted your form, I will personally be in touch with you and will discuss further details.

How long is the wait time?

Semi-custom suites: Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your digital mockup. The turnaround time from placing your order to receiving your order is currently 5-6 weeks. There are instances where jobs will be ready earlier, however, please don't reply on this.

Build your own suite: Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your digital mockup. The turnaround time from placing your order to receiving your order is currently 5-6 weeks. There are instances where jobs will be ready earlier, however, please don't reply on this.

Custom design: Due to the nature of this service being completely unique to you, you will receive an estimate turnaround time once we've established all the requirements and the complexity of the job. The more efficient you are in responding and providing necessary information/documents, the sooner you will receive your suites.

Do you have an urgent/rush option?

Yes. If you are in desperate need of a rush order, you will incur an additional 20% of the total cost of your order that will need to be paid up front.

This will allow you to jump the queue and have your work prioritised over other jobs. If there is another job that is in this same process at the same time, the first customer who booked with a rush order will be prioritised (in a list order).

When should I order my invitations?

If you are including save the dates, we recommend sending your invitations 3 months before your event date.

If you are NOT sending save the dates, it is recommended to send/hand out your invitations earlier to ensure that guests who may be travelling have sufficient time to book flights and reserve accommodation.

We recommend sending save the dates 6-9 months before the day.
